Step-by-Step Instructions

A. Using the Activity Timeline to Tag Coworkers

  • 1️⃣ Navigate to your Party's Drawer and select a party

  • 2️⃣ Scroll down to the Activity Timeline

  • 3️⃣ Use the @ symbol to tag a coworker

  • 4️⃣ Type your message or question and hit Comment

  • 5️⃣ The tagged coworker will receive an email notification and an in-app notification in TrustLayer.

B. Using Contacts and Messages for External Communication

1️⃣ Go to Contacts and Messages

2️⃣ Locate the document request history

3️⃣ Use the three-dot menu to edit contacts or switch the primary contact

4️⃣ Any email exchanges with external contacts are recorded here.

C. Using Flags to Communicate on Documents

1️⃣ Navigate to the Documents section and open a document

2️⃣ Highlight the relevant section that requires attention

3️⃣ Click Flag and choose a priority level (e.g., low, medium, high)

4️⃣ Assign it to a specific module (e.g., Worker’s Compensation)

5️⃣ Use the @ symbol to tag a coworker and ask your question

6️⃣ Click Add Flag to notify the tagged user

7️⃣ Once the issue is resolved, remove the flag by revisiting the document.
