(NOTE: These are the buckets that you can place your Parties into for organization or reporting purposes Ex: Vendor, Tenant, Supplier, etc.)
Go to the dropdown menu located on the top left of the screen, click Workspace Settings.
Then, click Parties tab. Here you will find your Party Types library.
You can either edit, delete, or add new from here:
To Edit/Delete: Click the the three dots to the right of the Party Type Name then select either Edit or Delete
To Add New: ****Click the blue + New Party Type button located towards the top right of the page
Name (Required) – Type the name of the Party Type you are creating.
Example: "Subcontractor", "Tenant", “Vendor”, etc.
Initial Compliance Profile (Optional) - Select from the dropdown a Compliance Profile to be associated with that Party Type. This means that profile will be automatically assigned to newly added Parties with this Party Type.
Final Step – Click the "Create Party Type" button to save it.
If you made a mistake, click "Cancel" instead.
