(NOTE: These are easily visible Party identifiers (Ex: “Non-responsive”, “Plumber”, “Vendor3597”, “FL”, etc.) that stick to individual Parties for workflow, organizational, and/or reporting purposes.)
Go to the dropdown menu located on the top left of the screen, click Workspace Settings.
Then, click Tags tab. Here you will find your Tag library.
You can either edit, delete, or add new from here:
To Edit: Click directly on the Tag name. This will allow you to change the name and the color of the Tag.
To Delete: Click the X icon to the right of the Tag Name
To Add New: ****Click the blue + New Tag button located towards the top right of the page
Name (Required) – Type the name of the Tag you are creating.
Example: "Plumber" or "Non-responsive"
Final Step - Click the blue + sign button to save it
