(NOTE: Requests are Party/Project specific workflows that allow users to track multiple aspects of their third parties vendor lifecycle and compliance separately)

If you’re creating Party specific Request(s), follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Parties tab on the left sidebar

  2. Then, click on the Party name you’d like to create the Request(s) for to enter the Party Profile page.

  3. Once on the Party Profile page, be sure you’re on the Requests tab where you can view all active Requests for that specific Party and how compliant that Party is for each Request you might have for them.

  4. To add a new Request, click the + Request button towards the top right of your list of Requests:

    • Request Name - Use this field to enter a name for your Request that is easily understandable to both you and your third party. (Ex: “Onboarding”, “Insurance”, “Safety”, “Accounting/Financials”, etc.)

    • Project - Use this dropdown to indicate whether this Request is only associated to this Party (Global) or to a specific Project this Party is on.

    • Profile - Use this dropdown to select from the Compliance Profiles you created in Settings to tie a profile and its associated requirements to this specific Request.

    • You can use the + Add Request button below the first Request you created as means of adding multiple types of Requests to this Party at once.

    • Once you’ve created all your relevant Requests, click the blue Create Requests button to save everything.

If you’re creating Project specific Request(s), follow the steps below:

    1. Click the Projects tab on the left sidebar

    2. Then, click on the Project name you’d like to create the Request(s) for to enter the Project Profile page.
