Step-by-Step Instructions:
Accessing Documents to Review
You can start a review from 3 locations:
Dashboard > “Review Documents” (shows all pending reviews)
Party View > “Documents” tab (shows that party’s documents)
Project View > “Documents” tab (shows docs tied to a project)
Reviewing the Document
Select a document from the left-hand column.
The document preview appears in the middle.
On the right, you’ll see the compliance checklist.
Marking Requirements
Click Edit beside a requirement.
Check off what's present.
Add start and expiration dates (this enables tracking).
For always-valid documents (like W-9s), select “Always Valid”.
Click Save—the status dot will turn green once compliant.
Finishing the Review
Click “Mark as Reviewed” when done. This removes the banner and updates the queue.
If the document didn’t extract properly, click “Re-evaluate Requirements” to rerun extraction.
