✔️ You can send emails to individual or multiple parties directly from the Parties section using default or custom templates, with options to personalize messages and manage follow-ups.


2. Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Step 1: Send an Individual Email

  • Go to the Parties section.

  • Click the three-dot menu next to the party’s name and select Send Email.

  • Choose a default or custom template, edit the recipient if needed, and add a personalized message.

  • Click Preview Email to review your content, then Confirm and Send.

2️⃣ Step 2: Send Emails in Bulk

  • Select multiple parties using the checkboxes.

  • Click the Send Emails button at the top.

  • (Optional) Check the box to skip fully compliant parties so you're only contacting those who still owe documentation.

  • Choose your template, then click Send Email to send them all at once.

  • 💡 Tip: If your list spans multiple pages, use the dropdown selector to select All Parties instead of going page by page.

3️⃣ Step 3: Enable Automations After Sending

  • After sending emails (especially in bulk), you can go back to your party list.

  • Select the parties again, click More > Enable Automation to trigger ongoing reminders.

Solution: Use the Send Email option from the three-dot menu and customize the message on the second tab.

💡 Common Issue 2: I don’t want to email parties who are already compliant.

Solution: Check the box to skip fully compliant parties when sending in bulk.

💡 Common Issue 3: I sent emails but didn’t enable reminders.

Solution: Go back, select the parties, and click More > Enable Automation to start the reminder sequence.
