1️⃣ Step 1: Uploading from the Documents Section
Navigate to the "Documents" tab on the left sidebar.
Click "New Document" and use the Browse function to select files from your computer and upload them.
2️⃣ Step 2: Uploading Directly to a Party
Go to the "Parties" section and select the desired party (e.g., "Fleetwood Mac").
Open the "Documents" tab and click "New Document."
Select and upload the file; it will be stored directly in that party’s document folder, with the party automatically assigned.
3️⃣ Step 3: Uploading via the Document Request Portal
When a party receives a document request email, they can use the link to access their document portal.
From the portal, the party can select and upload the requested documents directly.
4️⃣ Step 4: Bulk Uploading Documents
In the "Documents" section, you can bulk upload by selecting (shift+highlight) up to 60 documents and dragging and dropping them into the upload window.
