2. Creating Parties, Projects, and Requests

Learn how to create the records needed to begin collecting compliance documents.


Create a Party

Navigate to:

Parties → New Party

Complete:

  • Party Name

  • Party Type

  • Contact Email

Select Save.

The appropriate Compliance Profile is automatically assigned based on the selected Party Type.


Create a Project (Optional)

If your organization uses Projects:

Navigate to:

Projects → New Project

Complete:

  • Project Name

  • Optional Dates

  • Description

Select Save.


Create a Request

Open your Project.

Select:

New Request

Complete:

  • Request Name

  • Party

  • Compliance Profile

Select Create Request.


Send a Request

Open the Request.

Select:

Send Email

Verify:

  • Email Template

  • Enable Document Reminders

Select:

Confirm and Send

The recipient receives a secure link to upload their compliance documents.


Monitor the Submission

After documents are uploaded:

  • Processing begins automatically.

  • The document becomes available for review.

  • A notification is generated when review is ready.
