Text Snippets are pre-written comments/notes that can be inserted throughout TrustLayer. Whether you’re adding a comment, creating a document flag, or sending an email, these snippets streamline your communication and enhance overall efficiency.
Configuring Text Snippets
To configure your Text Snippets, go to Settings and select the Text Snippets page under the Accounts section. Here, you can create, edit, and manage your text snippets.
You can set text snippet visibility in two ways:
Private: Text snippets that are private to each user.
Workspace: Text snippets that can be shared with all users of a workspace.
Using Text Snippets
Once a Text Snippet has been created, you can save time and keystrokes by selecting the Text Snippet icon (see below) wherever it’s available to quickly insert a text snippet.
