How to Remove a Party from a Project

If a party has completed operations on a project and the additional requirements are no longer applicable to that party, you can remove the party as desired. There are two ways to remove a party from a project. Select the option that works best for you.

Where to Find the Option to Remove a Party From a Project

Option A: After clicking Projects on the left navigation bar, you can click on the project settings to make updates. The option to remove a party can be found on the Parties tab within the project.

Option B: You can also remove a Party from a Project at the party level. After clicking on Parties on the left navigation bar, click into the party that needs to be removed from a project. You will find the option on the Projects tab when editing the party.

How to Remove a Party From a Project

Using Option A

1 After going to Projects via the left navigation bar, click on the gear icon to the right of the project that needs to be updated.

2 In the new pop up click on the Parties tab.

3 Click the remove button to the right of the party that should not be assigned to the project.

4 Click the blue Update Project button.

Using Option B

1 After going to Parties via the left navigation bar, click on the party that needs to be updated.

2 Click on the Projects tab.

3 Click the box to the left or the 3 dots to the right of the project that the party needs to be removed from.

4 Click Remove from the project.

5 In the new window that opens, confirm the action by clicking the red Remove from 1 project button.
