Using Overview tab on Party Profile page
Updated over 5 months ago

The Overview tab is 1 of 6 tabs located on the profile page for each of your individual Parties. This tab allows you to view and access actions that have a direct impact at the Party level.

The Overview tab is broken up into several different sections. Outlined below are each of these sections and their functionality.

Compliance Summary

This section allows you to see which Compliance Profile is assigned to the specific Party you are currently viewing. It also provides a high-level snapshot of each of your Requirement Groups within your Modules that are a part of your Compliance Profile.

Within your Compliance Summary, you can click the Pencil Icon to make edits to the assigned Compliance Profile. Any edits that you make while in the party profile will impact that party directly and become a Custom Compliance Profile for that particular party, and will not impact the system globally.

NOTE: You cannot edit or customize a Compliance Profile at the Party level from within a project if that Party is assigned to a Project.

This section also provides you with a high-level view of which Modules and Requirement Groups in your overall Compliance Profile are compliant or still non-compliant. The green checkmarks indicate compliance while the red Xs indicate non-compliance.

Additional Notes

This section allows you to add any Party-specific notes directly to the profile.

1 To add a note, click the Edit button located to the right of the Additional Notes section.

2 Type your Note into the text box provided.

3 Use the Editor's Toolbar at the bottom of the text box for formatting options or to add links.

4 Once done, click the Save button located at the the top right of the section to complete this process.

Activity Timeline

This section shows all user activity including chats and actions completed with the Party you are currently viewing.

You can utilize the comment text box to communicate with other TrustLayer users who also have access to the Party you are viewing.

Each time a comment is left for a specific user, an email is sent to that user letting them know they have pending communication within TrustLayer.

1 To utilize this feature, simply type your message into the text box provided.

2 To reference a specific user, type the "@" Symbol followed by the User's Name as it appears in the TrustLayer system.

3 Use the Editor's Toolbar at the bottom of the text box for formatting options or to add links.

4 Once done, click the Comment button located towards the bottom left of the text box.

Automations

This section dedicated to automations gives the possibility to activate or deactivate the Expiring Document Reminder and the Document reminders, through the toggle

Latest Document Request

This section shows you a date of when the last document request was sent for that particular party. You'll also see a link to the document request landing page that you can click on so that you can see what the recipient sees.

Documents

This section shows you a list view of all the active documents assigned to that particular party.

Anything listed with the To Review status indicates documents that still need to undergo the Document Review process. You can click directly on one of those documents to enter into the document review page.
