How to Upload a Document

The Document Upload feature allows you to upload and store any and all documents (COIs, W-9s, Licenses, etc.) in the system. Using this feature allows for TrustLayer to become your digital filing cabinet. It's also one of the key components to accurately tracking compliance for each of your Parties, as uploaded docs are able to be reviewed directly within TrustLayer.

Uploading a Doc from the Party Profile page

1 Using the sidebar menu located on the left side of the screen, click Parties.

2 Locate the Party you'd like to upload a document to by scrolling or typing in the search bar, then click on the name.

3 Click the Documents tab.

4 Next, click the blue Upload Documents button.

5 Upload your document by dragging and dropping into the blue Upload Documents field or using the click to browse and select option.

6 Once you see your uploaded document appear, click the blue Upload button to complete the process.

Uploading a Doc from the Document - Sidebar

1 Using the sidebar menu located on the left side of the screen, click Documents.

2 Next, click the blue Upload Documents button.

3 Upload your document by dragging and dropping into the blue Upload Documents field or using the click to browse and select option.

4 Once you see your uploaded document appear, click the blue Upload button to complete the process.
