Welcome to the Dashboard

This video breaks down the visuals on your Organization Dashboard and what they mean.

Welcome to the Settings

This video walks you through the settings within TrustLayer. Below is a list of where each section within settings starts to help you navigate through the video as desired. Click on the title of each section to get to the related article if applicable.

Reviewing Documents & Sending Document Requests

This video walks you through the basics of reviewing documents, how to use different functions while reviewing documents, and sending document requests. Click on the title of each section to get to the related article if applicable.

Create a Compliance Profile

  1. From the DASHBOARD, under SHORTCUTS click MANAGE OUR COMPLIANCE PROFILES

  2. Click +NEW PROFILE, add desired COMPLIANCE MODULES

  3. Click ADD NEW REQUIREMENT to specify desired insurance requirements and limit values

  4. Name the profile and click CREATE COMPLIANCE PROFILE to save settings

Add Parties

  1. From the PARTIES page, click NEW PARTY.

  2. Fill in the party's information (Business Name and Type are required to create a party; Email is required to send manual / automated communications and document requests).

Tip: Bulk party upload - From the PARTIES page, click the down arrow next to NEW PARTY to upload a CSV file with all your parties

Assign Compliance Profiles

  1. Select the desired parties From the PARTIES list page, click MORE, then click ASSIGN COMPLIANCE PROFILE (alternatively, compliance profiles can be set within each party’s summary page).

Upload Documents

  1. From an individual party’s summary page (or DOCUMENTS page), click UPLOAD DOCUMENTS in the SHORTCUTS section in the sidebar area on the right side of the screen.

  2. Drag and drop documents in the UPLOAD DOCUMENTS area, then click UPLOAD (or click and browse for files and click OPEN, then click UPLOAD.

Once the document(s) are uploaded, our robots will begin extracting information from supported document types. Processing times will vary but normally range between 1-2 minutes.
