When to Use the "Make Compliant" Feature:

How to Use "Make Compliant"

Setting Individual Compliance

  1. Navigate to the Compliance Tab: Select the compliance tab of the party, within either the global context or a specific project context.

  2. Make Compliant: Click on the ⋮ (overflow menu) on the top right corner of the Compliance summary card and select the "Make compliant" option.

    A document will be generated to:

    • For Global Context: Cover global compliance and all projects associated with the party.

    • For Project Context: Be specific to the selected project.

Implementing Bulk Compliance

  1. Select Parties: In the party list, use the table checkbox to select one or more parties.

  2. Make Compliance: Choose "Make Compliant" from the additional options menu. Upon confirmation in the popup, select "Make compliant" to apply compliance to all selected parties.

Managing Make Compliant Documents

The generated document will mark all requirements within the applicable compliance profile as compliant. This document serves as a measure to:

  • Review and Modify: Documents can be reviewed and adjusted, similar to any other document, to fit compliance management needs.

  • Expiration Dates: Documents are assigned an expiration date based on the earliest expiration among existing documents for the context or 1 year from the creation date.

Activity Log Insights

Every "Make compliant" action is meticulously logged, showing the user, the context of the action, and linking to the generated document. This ensures transparency and accountability in compliance management, providing a clear audit trail.
