We are continuously committed to improving the security and efficiency of our platform. In line with this, we are making a significant update to the Single Sign On (SSO) functionality that affects the URL used for authentication.
The URL for Single Sign On will be changed from https://trustlayer.firebaseapp.com/__/auth/handler to https://auth.trustlayer.io/__/auth/handler.
This change ensures that all login calls are executed on domains entirely managed by us, eliminating the need to pass through third-party domains.
Here is how you can make the change to your OIDC app in Okta:
1. Go to the Applications section
2. Select your OIDC application
3. On General blade, Login area, edit the Sign-in redirect URIs with this url https://auth.trustlayer.io/__/auth/handler
Here is how you can make the change to your SAML app in Okta:
1. Go to the Applications section
2. Select your SAML application
3. On General blade, SAML Settings area, edit the Single sign-on URL with this url https://auth.trustlayer.io/__/auth/handler
4. Open Advanced Settings and add on Other Requestable SSO URLs https://trustlayer.firebaseapp.com/__/auth/handler
Here is how you can make the change in your Azure console:
1. Go to the Enterprise Applications section
2. Select your SAML application
3. On Manage section, under Single sign-on option, edit Basic SAML Configuration
4. Under Reply URL (Assertion Consumer Service URL) add https://auth.trustlayer.io/__/auth/handler and set as Default
In the settings of the most commonly used Identity Platforms it is usually possible to add multiple Sign-on URLs.
In this case you can add https://auth.trustlayer.io//auth/handler to the already existing https://trustlayer.firebaseapp.com//auth/handler
Or in some cases make https://trustlayer.firebaseapp.com//auth/handler as a secondary URL and https://auth.trustlayer.io//auth/handler as the primary URL
Please make these changes ASAP, to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Single Sign On service.
If you need assistance during this process, our technical support team is at your disposal.
Thank you for your cooperation and for the trust you place in TrustLayer.
