This issue is typically due to Zscaler blocking TrustLayer for an unknown reason.
The solution requires intervention from the enterprise's IT department.
Steps to Resolve the Issue:
Contact IT Department: Inform your IT team about the issue you are experiencing.
Open a Ticket with Zscaler: Your IT department should open a support ticket with Zscaler to investigate and resolve the blocking issue.
Whitelist TrustLayer: While awaiting resolution from Zscaler, the IT team can whitelist the TrustLayer domain to restore access.
The steps are as follows:
Navigate to Policy » Malware Protection » Security Exception
Add
*.trustlayer.io
to the whitelist.
