  • When a document request is sent, the recipient receives an email with a link to the landing page.

  • Displays the due date set during the request.

  • Shows the requesting organization's primary contact details.

  • Includes a customizable message from the sender.

  • Lists all compliance line items required for the request.

3️⃣ Uploading Documents

  • The recipient can click Select, choose a file, and upload it directly.

  • They also have the option to forward the request to a broker if needed.

4️⃣ Tracking Uploaded Documents

  • Once uploaded, the document appears in the appropriate party drawer for review.

  • If enabled, Automated reminders stop once a document is uploaded but will continue for expiration notices.

  • If the uploaded document contains broker details, they will be added under Contacts and Messages, allowing the sender to follow up directly.
